Strategic Initiatives Advisor
Company Overview
SkyBound Education is a consulting company committed to helping school leaders accelerate the initiatives they know will improve teaching and learning. We do this by partnering with schools to build capacity, not by showing up to dictate solutions.
SkyBound’s approach is based on the belief that all students, families, schools, and communities are unique. Frameworks and standard practices only go so far. Every solution we pursue is grounded in a school community’s strengths, needs, and aspirations.
Currently, SkyBound is supporting six districts participating in a strategic planning consortium sponsored by the Indiana Department of Education, two school districts who have received Next Generation School Improvement Grants, and two additional school districts focused on various strategic initiatives.
Over the next year, SkyBound plans to deepen its commitment to existing school partners while exploring additional business opportunities.
The future for SkyBound is bright, and we need a thoughtful, driven leader to design and implement strategic initiatives. Maybe that’s you!
